1. Confidentiality Obligations
During the course of service delivery, Clients may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information shared by the Consultants. The Client agrees to uphold the confidentiality of such information and shall not disclose it to any third party without obtaining prior written approval from the Consultant.


2. Clarification on Legal Advice
The Client acknowledges that the Consultant is not a licensed attorney, and the services provided under this Agreement do not constitute legal advice. The Consultant will not offer legal counsel or engage in activities that constitute the practice of law. The Client is solely responsible for consulting a licensed attorney for any legal matters.


3. Limitation of Warranties
The services provided by the Consultant are advisory in nature. The Consultant makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other guarantees related to the services.


4. Independent Contractor Status
The parties agree that the Consultant operates as an independent contractor. This Agreement does not establish any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employer-employee relationship between the Client and the Consultant.


5. No Assurance of Outcomes
The Client acknowledges that the Consultant does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the services rendered under this Agreement.


6. Comprehensive Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and replaces all prior written or oral agreements, discussions, or understandings related to the subject matter herein.


7. Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.


8. Execution in Counterparts
This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be considered an original, but all of which together shall form a single, unified document.


9. Privacy and Data Protection
a. Anonymity Assurance: Your privacy is of utmost importance. Your profile information will remain anonymous, and no details will be shared without your explicit consent.
b. Communication and Payment Details: All mentoring sessions will be conducted via Google Meet, and all financial transactions will be processed in United States Dollars (USD).
